MISSION STATEMENT
Own Your Strength is a charitable, nonprofit organization committed to mobilizing compassionate professionals to deliver voluntary educational, medical, and mental health services to marginalized communities with a special focus on the Caribbean and South America. Through culturally responsive care, collaborative partnerships, and community empowerment, we aim to break cycles of inequality supporting autonomy, health and hope by promoting free and fair access to quality education, health and mental wellness in order to foster autonomy and resillence.

STRATEGIC GOALS
1. Expand Access to Services
- Deliver sustainable education, healthcare, and mental health programs in underserved communities across the Caribbean, South America, and the West Indies.
- Increase service outreach to marginalized populations in urban and rural U.S. areas.
2. Mobilize Skilled Volunteers
-Recruit and support a diverse network of professionals willing to provide voluntary services and training, both in-person and through tele-services.
-Build Community Partnerships
Collaborate with local organizations, schools, clinics, and governments to ensure culturally relevant and community-led programming.
3. Develop Sustainable Impact Models
-Train local leaders and professionals to continue service delivery independently, fostering long-term community resilience.
4. Promote Awareness and Advocacy
